Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement: coordinate and delegate care with the care team, manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: review outcomes and revise the care plan as needed based on patient response.
• Professionalism: adhere to legal/ethical standards, document timely, and maintain licensure compliance.
