Job summary

Incredible Health in Memphis, TN is hiring a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital team. The role focuses on laboring mothers, obstetric care, and family education, with day, night, and mid shifts available. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are offered.

Active TN RN license, ADN or higher, and BLS/ACLS are required. Experience in Labor and Delivery or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• 1+ years of Labor & Delivery or related field.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Proficient with EHR and L&D equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
• Monitor vital signs and fetal status; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
• Document care and report outcomes per guidelines.
