Qualifications

• BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process and organizational policies.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects; document administration.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving actions (CPR/code team) as appropriate.
