Job summary

Thinksoft Technologies LLC seeks a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week contract in Devils Lake, ND. The position includes a 3x12 day/night rotation, with reimbursement details and a stipend available. The nurse will provide direct care per policy and coordinate patient education and discharge planning.

Required are an RN license, BLS/ACLS/NRP/STABLE certifications prior to start, and experience with EPIC EMR. Airfare/mileage reimbursement is provided as a one-time allowance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Less than 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Willingness to complete required certifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily rounds on all patients and coordinates care to ensure quality service.
• Develops a care plan based on assessments addressing patient needs across domains.
• Assesses patient condition, sets goals, and prescribes nursing actions including discharge planning.
• Assesses and responds to patient pain, following procedures for prompt relief.
• Identifies early warning signs and initiates actions, contacting clinicians as needed.
