Job summary

Hollister Hospital is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Hollister, California. The position is a 12-hour day shift with an ASAP start at 911 Sunset Dr. Blocked scheduling is not permitted and one shift per two-week pay period may be cancelled based on census.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN license and 1–2 years of L&D experience, plus current BLS, NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications. EMR experience is required.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• 1–2 years Labor and Delivery experience.
• Recent Mother-Baby/newborn care experience.
• Current BLS, NRP, STABLE and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Maintain recent Mother-Baby and newborn care competencies.
• Complete assigned duties using the facility EMR system.
• Remain available when census allows; one shift per pay period may be cancelled.
