Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced RN in L&D to join our clinical team in Washington state. The role requires hands-on cervical exams, antepartum and labor management, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care from transition to discharge for mom and baby.

Candidates must circulate C-sections, handle newborns (baby catching/receiving), perform APGAR scoring, and support breastfeeding. BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring credentials are required along with an active RN license.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of total L&D experience, 1 year in LDRP.
• RN license with BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring credentials.
• Strong L&D capabilities including cervical exams, antepartum and labor management.
• Circulate C-sections is required.
• Postpartum care from transition to discharge for mom and baby.
• Scrub experience preferred.
• APGAR scoring and breastfeeding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide L&D care and monitor fetal status.
• Assist with cervical exams, epidurals, and other procedures.
• Circulate C-sections and scrub as needed.
• Support newborn care including baby catching/receiving and APGAR.
