Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery in Tulsa, OK to provide compassionate care during labor, delivery, recovery, and the immediate postpartum period. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes for mother and newborn.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited school of nursing and Oklahoma RN license (compact OK license acceptable); 0–6 months

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Oklahoma RN License or compact multistate RN license.
• 0–6 months of RN experience (new graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and care for laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and patient education according to physician orders and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesia, neonatal teams, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with nursing standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional education.
