Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide high-quality, patient-family centered care in Labor and Delivery. The role requires licensure, ADN or BSN, and relevant certifications with a focus on safety, evidence-based practice, and compassionate service.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year Labor and Delivery experience is required, along with BLS/ACLS/NRP.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed to practice.
• Associate degree in Nursing or BSN required.
• Completion of required certifications active during employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrate assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
