Qualifications

• Education can be substituted by professional licensure/certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
• Aid with the movement and placement of patients as needed.
• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Report physical, mental, and emotional changes to nursing staff while documenting records.
• Maintain clean, orderly patient rooms and care for medical equipment.
