Job summary

Mercy in Aurora, MO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our OB team. You will provide comprehensive care to women and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.

Collaborating with physicians and allied professionals, you will educate patients, advocate for individualized care plans, and uphold evidence-based standards in a growth-focused, supportive environment.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
Experience in obstetric care preferred but not required.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive OB care for women and newborns during labor, delivery and postpartum.
Perform assessments and monitor fetal and maternal status.
Administer prescribed medications and support safe births.
Educate patients and families and develop individualized care plans.
