Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current NC RN license or Nursing Compact State licensure.
• BCLS certification; AHA certification required within 3 months if not from AHA.
• ACLS and NRP certification within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care and makes nursing care decisions using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with other health care professionals to meet patient needs.
• Adheres to CVMC policies, procedures and Nursing Bylaws; follows North Carolina Nurse Practice Act.
