Job summary

The RN will coordinate care with clinicians, document accurately, and uphold licensure standards while prioritizing patient safety and education for families during the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of start.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with comprehensive evaluation of physical, social, and psychological status.
• Plan individualized care using assessment data and family involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating the interdisciplinary team and managing time, resources, and priorities.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed to achieve goals.
