Job summary

TriStar Health in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Labor and Delivery ER Nurse to provide expert, compassionate care for obstetric and emergency patients. You will be responsible for triage, stabilization, and support across labor, delivery and postpartum care, with close monitoring of fetal and maternal status.

The role requires strong collaboration with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, neonatologists and ED teams, and a commitment to safety, evidence-based practice, and family education in a high-acuity

Qualifications

RN license to practice in TN or eligible state.
Experience in high-acuity obstetric care preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced ED/OB setting.

Responsibilities

Triage and stabilize obstetric emergencies.
Assist with labor, delivery and postpartum care.
Monitor fetal and maternal status; administer medications.
Collaborate with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, neonatologists and ED teams.
