The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, TX is seeking a Nurse Director for Labor & Delivery. This senior role leads nursing and patient care across units, coordinating practices to ensure safety and quality during all shifts.

The position requires a BSN, 2 years of hospital management experience, current RN license, and AHA BLS certification. Master’s degree preferred to support clinical and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master's in Nursing preferred.
• 2 years of progressive hospital management experience required.
• Active and current nursing license; BLS certification.
• AHA BLS certification required per policy.
