Requires CA RN license, BLS, NRP; 5 years of clinical experience; ACLS; BSN preferred. Strong leadership, teaching ability, and cross-disciplinary collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related clinical experience.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professional required.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
• BSN or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Current Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred.
• Current ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Educator facilitates enhancement of nursing cognitive skills and competency.
• Works with management to maximize patient outcomes and clinical practice.
• Acts as educator, leader, mentor and consultant for nurses and interdisciplinary team.
• Supports Service Excellence Initiative and educates staff.
