HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a Certified Obstetric Surgical Technologist to join our obstetric surgery team.

  • Preparing the surgical suite and organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures
  • Assisting with patient positioning, prepping, and draping while maintaining comfort, privacy, and safety
  • Providing instruments, equipment, and hands-on support to the surgical team during obstetric procedures
  • Maintaining a sterile field, performing counts, and ensuring instruments and equipment function properly
  • Working closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Preparing the surgical suite and organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures

What qualifications you will need:


  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

  • (ST) Surgical Technologist, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist

  • L&D Scrub Tech experience required
