Duties
  1. Advise public and private employers on employment-related matters, including policies, wage and hour compliance, employee relations, and workplace risk management.
  2. Handle litigation across all stages including discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
  3. Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and policy documents.
  4. Stay abreast of developments in employment law and provide proactive counsel to clients.
  5. Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop practical, business-centered legal solutions.
Requirements
  1. 4–7 years of experience in labor and employment law, including litigation.
  2. Experience representing employers in both advisory and litigation contexts.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex matters efficiently.
  4. Strong commitment to professional excellence and client service.
  5. Trial experience is a plus.
Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
