Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking candidates for its manufacturing environment in Franklin, TN. The role offers hands-on work across kilns, form setups, and material handling, with a strong safety culture and opportunities to learn and advance within the company.

Ideal applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to manage time effectively, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced production setting while wearing required PPE.

• Exposed to high levels of concrete dust.
• Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
• Time management, must understand urgency of manufacturing
• Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
