Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Labeling and Serialization Engineering Tech, Excellerate to collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, and production teams.

You will ensure labels are created, sourced, and received in a timely manner, and serve as the primary technical authority for labeling within the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player who bridges engineering and manufacturing, reads engineering drawings, uses a Brady printer, and works with ERP

Qualifications

• Education: an associate’s degree in engineering, working towards a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or comparable work experience.
• Experience: 0-3 years in Engineering or related field; ERP system experience; troubleshooting preferred.
• Travel: 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects at once.
• Adapt to unforeseen production changes.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping system.
• Create labels with Brady printer or similar.
• Use ERP system and forms to order external labels.
• Manage labeling station inventory.
• Communicate clearly with teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering for BOM/spec changes.
• Coordinate with Procurement for orders/defects.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
