Job summary

Lakeside Foods in New Richmond, WI is seeking a line operator to join our production team. You will operate and set up the label and casing/tray pack machines, maintain labeling flow, and help ensure accurate product labeling.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience and/or training as a line operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up label and casing/tray pack machine.
• Coordinate the functions of the label machine feeder to maintain an efficient labeling flow.
• Lubricate, adjust, and clean label and casing/tray pack machine.
• Maintain and set up machinery on the label line.
• Examine cans to ensure that the correct labels are being applied to the designated product and lot.
• Verify accuracy of product codes on order sheets when possible.
• Accurately record equipment downtime & cases labeled.
