Job summary

Vertiv in Pelzer, SC is seeking a Team Coordinator to support the supervisor and help maintain continuous production flow on the shop floor.

You will relieve bottlenecks, fill in for positions as needed, and identify part or resource shortages while coordinating with Engineers and Supervisors to implement Lean manufacturing processes. This role may require long hours and shift flexibility to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ years experience preferred.
• Lead position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduce production bottlenecks on manufacturing lines.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learn all positions and fill in as needed.
• Identify part and resource shortages and provide solutions.
• Communicate situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers.
