Job summary

Avery Dennison, Vestcom division, seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control/Label Inspector to support packaging, inspection, and shipping operations. You will ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards across the production workflow, log time and materials in the ERP system, and collaborate with leadership to meet delivery deadlines.

The role requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, with shifts including Wed 1:45pm-8pm and Thu-Sat 7:45am-8pm, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in quality control or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate with attention to detail and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, separate, slot, and package all label/print products.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Log time and materials in the ERP system accurately.
• Ensure shipments are completed and sent to the correct recipient per schedule or instruction.
• Communicate quality issues to the appropriate staff.
• Double-check shipments before dispatch to the customer.
• Coordinate with couriers about delays or special deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; use PPE as required.
• May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
• Regular attendance is essential.
