The Label Printer Technician analyzes label printer related problems reported by end‑users, diagnoses the most effective method to resolve the problem and implements the solution; maintains a documented log of issues/fixes/performed maintenance, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots label printer equipment.
Hourly Pay Range: $24–$26/hour
Current experience providing technical label printer support in a large warehouse environment or two years’ experience. Demonstrate experience managing label printers and trouble‑shooting and problem solving skills required, including knowledge of introductory networking theory, principles and practices. CompTIA A+ certification, other certifications such as Network+ etc., or combinations of other IT certifications or printer certifications are favorable. Minimal knowledge of TCP/IP would be helpful.
