Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking a Label Clerk to ensure accurate label preparation and control in manufacturing and packaging. You will work with Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Document Control to ensure GMP and GDP compliance.

The role requires attention to detail to prevent label mix-ups and ensure correct batch records, lot numbers, and quantities are documented in manufacturing records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience; one year manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Label Preparation, Issuance & Reconciliation: Prepare, retrieve, verify, issue, and control labels.
• Batch record/documentation activities: Prepare and/or assemble labels and documentation for production.
