Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited is seeking a Laboratory Technician in GA to perform high and moderate complexity testing per SOPs, GMP/CLIA, and BioLife/Takeda policies. You will support sample management, test performance, QC, result reporting, and equipment maintenance, while documenting activities and ensuring data integrity.

The role reports to the Laboratory Supervisor and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a biomedical discipline, plus MT/MLT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a biomedical discipline (chem, physical, biological, clinical lab science, or medical technology).
• MT/MLT certification preferred; ability to read SOPs and maintain records.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform high and moderate complexity laboratory testing per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support sample management, test performance, quality control, result review and reporting.
• Maintain equipment, documentation, and recordkeeping for donor test results.
• Identify issues impacting test performance and notify management when needed.
• Follow corrective actions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
