Job summary

The role requires an Associate degree in a technical field, and experience in lab operations or QA, with emphasis on production goals and continuous improvement. SAP and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a technical field is required at minimum.
• Experience in laboratory or operations within a production plant environment, especially QA.
• Ability to support production and quality goals and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work in a highly structured laboratory environment with SOPs and safety protocols.
• Make independent decisions based on analytical results and manage lab throughput.
• Operate ICP-MS, GC, FTIR and standard blenders; report instrumentation issues.
• Record analytical data accurately in process logs and maintain data documentation.
