Job summary

Arrowhead Products Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing/Quality Lab Assistant to support engineering and manufacturing in product development and quality assurance. You will assist in setting up and operating mechanical testing equipment and carry out tests under supervision.

The role requires high school education and 0–2 years in manufacturing, with strong written and oral communication and the ability to follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment or 0-2 years' progressive mechanical experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product development and testing under senior personnel directions.
• Operate and assist in mechanical testing apparatus and equipment.
• Take pre- and post-test measurements and readouts and verify axial movements and limits.
• Summarize test data, maintain logs, and prepare reports.
• Perform clerical duties and basic shop calculations as needed.
