Job summary

ReCon Management Services seeks a Laboratory Technician to join the in-plant team in Louisiana. The role supports analytical and physical testing on site, with safety and cost-conscious focus.

You will work under supervision, apply standard techniques, assist with projects, and ensure accurate documentation of results, calibrations, and quality control procedures. Overtime and PPE compliance are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED with 3 years lab experience.
• Associate’s degree in Chemical Laboratory Technology or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist assigned supervisor in various aspects of projects.
• Apply standard discipline techniques to make minor adaptations and modifications.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Lab testing of products and samples; document results; test QC standards; calibrate instruments.
