iAnthus Capital Management’s Lab Technician I role is a full-time position at the MPX manufacturing facility in Pleasantville, NJ, with a Sun-Wed 7am-5:30pm shift. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe environment and aiding with material prep for extraction, under the Lab Supervisor’s supervision.

Entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork are encouraged to apply; training includes extraction processing skills and proper lab practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior lab experience preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Good organizational skills

• Being analytical.
• Being detail oriented.
• Being proactive.
• Green Flower and/or Ganjier Certificate holder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties outlined in the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules as needed
• Clean and sanitize all lab tools and vessels
• Provide support to other technicians as needed to ensure a seamless workflow
• Execute the preparation of raw goods to be extracted
• Execute the breakdown and sanitation of extraction columns
• Aid in proper waste disposal
• Follow weekly production schedules to ensure seamless workflow
• Uphold all iAnthus policies and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Lab Technician I is responsible for executing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. They will aid other technicians in their daily tasks while preparing raw materials for the extraction process. Additionally, the Lab Technician I maintains the policies and procedures of iAnthus while ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. The Lab Technician reports directly to the Lab Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
