Qualifications

• DHS fingerprinting certification may be required.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance eligibility.
• Phlebotomy/CLA certification as defined by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare patient samples and collect specimens when required.
• Perform waived and moderate complexity testing under supervision.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely processing per procedures.
• Assist with inventory and supply usage; participate in cost reduction and service improvement.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external customers.
