Job summary

Staffmark Group in Neenah, WI is seeking a Lab Technician to perform laboratory testing on materials, record data, and report findings. You will work closely with scientists and engineers to support product development and testing initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED with basic lab knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, and you will be part of a safety‑driven team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory practices, data collection and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on materials, products, and samples.
• Conduct physical testing procedures and microscopy analysis.
• Collect, analyze, document, and report test data with accurate records.
• Prepare technical reports, data summaries, and project updates.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to support development and testing.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a compliant lab environment.
• Support research by identifying trends and assisting with improvements.
• Communicate results and project status clearly to stakeholders.
