Job summary

Binding Minds Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented sampler to create, handle, and prepare component samples for testing in a GMP environment. The role requires precise documentation, adherence to SOPs, and effective communication with team members to ensure timely material receipts.

The position includes lifting up to 50 lbs, wearing steel-toe PPE, and working a 10-hour shift. Prior SAP data-entry experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma and a potential two-year degree.

Qualifications

• Follow GMP SOPs and established procedures.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Steel toe shoes required.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate sampling documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a 10-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create, handle, and prepare samples of components for testing.
• Perform sampling accurately following GMP SOPs.
• Count, track, and maintain samples throughout the process.
• Maintain complete records and documentation of sampling activities.
• Assist with verification of sampling execution.
• Monitor requests for SAP data entry to support timely material receipts.
• Communicate sampling activities, requirements, and issues with team members.
• Work collaboratively with others to support daily sampling and material-handling activities.
• Lift and move boxes and materials weighing up to 50 lbs., with typical boxes averaging ~30 lbs.
• Follow all required safety procedures and wear PPE including steel-toe shoes.
