Summary

The Quality Assurance Lab Technician will be responsible for ensuring product quality is monitored and tested in compliance with established procedures, specifications, and instructions. The individual in this position will take samples, perform tests as prescribed by procedures or specifications, report on the status of line operations, and record information in logs and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately complete quality grading using grading standards.
• Enter all product identity information into the inventory database accurately.
• Perform requested tests and collect samples.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide prompt feedback to relevant personnel regarding production issues such as defects, mislabeling, packaging problems, downtime, and production increases.
