Qualifications

Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed written protocols and maintain precise records.

Responsibilities

Perform authorized clinical laboratory tests under training and certification rules.
Handle specimen processing and reporting of donor results with high accuracy.
Execute quality control tasks, including instrument calibrations and maintenance documentation.
Analyze proficiency samples and maintain testing records.
Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting results or data integrity.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen.
Assist in corrective actions when test systems deviate from performance.
