Pace Labs in Mount Juliet, TN is hiring a Lab Technician to join our environmental testing team. The role involves sample preparation, preservation, processing, and maintaining documentation, with training provided to grow a career in laboratory sciences.

Work Tue-Sat, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, with compensation of $17.00 per hour. We value safety, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering accurate data to protect health and the environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, wear PPE.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods while conducting tests, work around strong smells, and wear personal protective equipment while handling samples (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves — all provided by Pace®).
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
