Actalent, Inc. in Raritan, NJ is seeking a Lab Technician to assemble prototype products by following provided instructions. You will operate both prototype and manufacturing scale equipment and may assemble manually, ensuring packaging and labeling meet specs.

You will inspect products and packaging for defects, document builds, and support product development teams by sharing lessons learned to improve future prototyping and testing processes.

• Assemble prototype products following provided instructions.
• Operate both prototype and manufacturing scale equipment, with manual assembly when needed.
• Assemble new product concepts in existing or new packaging.
• Provide feedback to product development teams on the prototype build process.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects, including foil seals.
• Support updating prototype product inventory whenever parts or products are entered or removed.
• Complete documentation for assets or prototype builds.
• Package and ship products to other facilities for testing or deliver products to sterilization when needed.
• Follow site safety, environmental, and regulatory policies and complete provided training.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Raritan, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
