Job description

1. Required experience in Mechanical Testing Machines

2. Lab Engineer: Specific focus on testing Strength, Wear, Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH), and Reliability.

3. Proficiency in NVH testing, Fatigue testing and Wear analysis techniques.

4. Lab Technician: Familiarity with Mechanical Testing Equipment such as torsional fatigue machines, tensile testers, and NVH analysis systems. Mainly to setup, maintain and test the Test Equipment.

Job Description

1. Environmental Stress testing.
2. Mechanical Stress testing.
3. Reliability Testing.
4. Automotive Product Validation.
5. Automotive Driveline Testing.
6. Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining test equipment to support validation activities for automotive driveline components.
7. Ensures that testing processes run smoothly, data is accurately collected, and components meet performance and safety standards.
8. Setup and Calibration: Prepare machines for testing activities, including Fatigue Stand, Breaker, Wear, GAF, HotCold Test, Hydraulic Power Unit, Tensile Test, and Flywheel Impact systems.
9. Testing Operations: Operate equipment to conduct tests on driveline components, ensuring adherence to specified protocols and safety standards.
10. Monitoring: Monitor test processes to ensure consistent operation and document any anomalies or irregularities.
11. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in optimal working condition.
12. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with testing machines and coordinate with engineers or vendors for advanced repairs.
13. Accurately record test data, including measurements related to stress, wear, NVH, and temperature resilience.
14. Prepare and organize test logs, summaries, and reports for review by engineers and management.
15. Maintain a clean and organized lab environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are stored correctly.
16. Adhere to safety protocols during equipment operation and chemical material handling.
17. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
