Job summary

AGRU AMERICA, INC. is seeking a Lab Technician to test materials before, during, and after production to verify product specifications. You will inspect and test products for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include examining and recording measurements in a database, labeling samples, and maintaining a clean work environment. Strong attention to detail and English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Examine, measure, and test the quality of products in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.

• Label/package archived product or marketing samples.
• Notify supervisor or manager of deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Summary:

Lab Technician test materials before, during, and after production to measure the characteristics of materials and ensure that they confirm to the specifications of the product. They are responsible for inspecting and testing products for quality and accuracy.

• Any other duties that the Company assigns as needed.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma / GED, required
• Prefer at least 1 year of Quality testing experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• This position requires, but is not limited to, standing, walking, utilizing stairs or ladders, driving automatic forklift, climbing, squatting, stooping, twisting, bending, grabbing and grasping.
• Must be able to work in a non-controlled environment
