Matrix Sciences International in Brookings, SD is seeking an entry‑level Technical staff member to perform routine microbiological testing of food and environmental samples under aseptic conditions, focusing on sample preparation and plating.
You will support routine lab operations, monitor equipment, maintain traceability and documentation, and assist with investigations and corrective actions. The role follows SOPs, safety rules, and a Monday–Friday 8am‑5pm schedule.
