Job summary

Millenniumsoft in Franklin Lakes, NJ is seeking a Lab Tech 1/Tech 1 for the second shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). The role supports test lab daily activities, equipment qualification, and lab engineering projects, performing bench-level tests for design verification and test method development.

You will work under supervision to complete assignments, review test requests, and ensure GLP/GDP compliance while supporting TMV, TMD, Ver/Val teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication skills (written/verbal).
• BS or AAS in a relevant science with up to 4 years in a regulated lab setting.
• High school diploma with 4 years in a regulated lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Executes minimally complex test requests with moderate assistance.
• Developing on all lab testing.
• Handles minimally complex problems with moderate supervisor assistance.
• Supports equipment qualification (IQ, OQ) and TMV development.
• Supports TMD and Ver/Val teams.
• Maintains GDP/GLP documentation and GLP compliance.
• Supports efforts to create tools for process simplification of testing lab operations.

Job Summary

Reporting to a supervisor/manager, the Lab Technician 1 brings technical skills and knowledge to support: test lab daily activities; equipment qualification; test method validation (TMV) development; and lab engineering projects. Performs bench-level engineering tests for design verification (DV), stability, feasibility, and test method developments (TMD). Works under supervision to complete assignments. Supports review of test requests to ensure accurate completion. Supports lab for TMV’s.

• Works with moderate oversight/supervision to complete minimally complex projects.

• Supports TMD and Ver/Val teams.
• Troubleshoots to a solution inconsistency on test needs/requests with requestor.
• Responsible for maintaining good documentation practice (GDP), good laboratory practices (GLP)

and supports compliance with GLP.

Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree and minimum of 0 years of experience in a regulated industry / laboratory setting, Or

Associates in Applied Science (AAS) and minimum of 0 years of experience in a regulated industry / laboratory setting, Or

High School Diploma and minimum of 4 years of experience in a regulated industry / laboratory setting.
