AGP Ag Processing Inc is seeking a self-motivated Lab Tech to join our Manning, IA team. This full-time position focuses on performing lab analyses on production and final product samples, recording results in the database, and communicating findings promptly to the team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work day shift, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Pre-employment physical and drug screen are required, with competitive benefits and growth

What You’ll Do:

• Safely perform accurate lab analyses on production and final product samples.
• Record the test results in the database.
• Effectively report the results to others in a timely manner.
• Provide scale coverage as needed to support grain receiving, shipping, and daily operational activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Willing to work day shift.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team player and takes initiative.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
