Job summary

ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Associate I, Lab Support to perform cGMP laboratory support activities including sample accessioning, temperature monitoring, glassware cleaning, and inventory management. The role supports QC analysts and ensures compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in biology/chemistry or related field, 1–3 years in a regulated laboratory, familiarity with GLP and GMP, and strong organizational and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or related scientific field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory setting preferred.
• Familiar with GLP and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support QC laboratories with glassware cleaning, custodial services, and temperature-controlled chamber monitoring.
• Assist with Stability, Appearance, and Reserve programs; sample accessioning and information provision to internal/external customers.
• Adhere to cGMP practices in documentation and execution of job functions; ensure procedures are current and compliant.
• Train to become an appearance inspector and perform appearance inspections.
• Ensure assigned Laboratory Support areas meet regulatory requirements and maintain records.
