Job summary

Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Medical Laboratory Technician for a rotate, temporary position in Florida. Under the direct supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Lead Technologist or Supervisor, you will perform laboratory testing in sections where you completed a clinical rotation.

This assignment requires active enrollment in or completion of a BS or AS in Medical Technology. Certification/licensure is not required for this role.

• Education requirement: Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Medical Technology, or progress toward completion.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Per Diem, Rotate This is a temporary position. Under the direct supervision of a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Lead Technologist or Supervisor, processes laboratory testing in sections where the successful completion of a clinical rotation has occurred. Tasks performed will include only those which do not require certification or licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Required: Active enrollment in, with progression towards completion, or completion of a Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Medical Technology.

EXPERIENCE:

Required: Completion of a clinical rotation in the section(s) of work assignment.
