Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment client is seeking a Research Associate to translate R&D protocols into automated robot workflows in a fast-growing life sciences setting.

You will program robotic liquid handlers using Python and AI-assisted coding, validate experiments, troubleshoot issues, and design adapters and tools for lab automation, collaborating with scientists, engineers, and technicians.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Research Associate experience in academic lab or industry.
• BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on wet-lab experience and interest in software, robotics, and automation.
• Familiarity with Python, AI-assisted coding, or laboratory automation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in bridging science and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate R&D protocols into reliable automated workflows.
• Program robotic liquid handlers using AI-assisted coding and existing frameworks.
• Validate manual and automated experiments to ensure consistent results.
