Job summary

GSK is seeking a Lab Robotics Manager to automate Scientific Area labs and accelerate high-throughput equipment delivery. You will design scalable robotics systems, prioritize work, and collaborate with Quality, Validation, Engineering, Tech and Procurement teams to advance R&D programs.

The role requires leading lifecycle management of lab robotics, ensuring data integrity, and delivering best-in-class technical solutions with compliant, resilient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or Automation as listed.
• 4+ years of laboratory automation project experience.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automated laboratory systems management and oversight.
• Lead end-to-end laboratory automation projects from planning to delivery.
• Define technology standards and ensure quality across systems.
• Ensure EHS compliance and robust uptime of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, Engineering, Tech and Procurement teams.
