Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston seeks a Laboratory Research Technician to support the George A. “Doc” Lopez, MD Lab for Regenerative Cell Therapy in the Department of Neurosurgery. You will maintain equipment, prepare samples, and record data on a day shift at 55 Fruit Street.

1–2 years of lab experience and a BS in biology are preferred; a high school diploma with degree equivalency is acceptable. GMP guidelines and aseptic technique are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BS in Biology preferred.
• 1–2 years laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with stem cell technology and GMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory experiments following established protocols.
• Prepare and handle samples, reagents, and solutions.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; calibrate as needed.
• Record data accurately and maintain organized records.
• Analyze data using appropriate statistical methods.
• Assist in data interpretation and research reports.
