Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a chemical laboratory research environment.
10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience with organic or polymer synthesis required.
Experience handling high pressure systems and catalysts preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory synthesis for new product development.
Design and execute experimental programs with a lead researcher.
Analyze laboratory and plant samples using various techniques.
Prepare summary reports and document laboratory results.
Participate in laboratory safety programs and inspections.
