Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a chemical laboratory research environment.
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with organic or polymer synthesis required.
• Experience handling high pressure systems and catalysts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory synthesis for new product development.
• Design and execute experimental programs with a lead researcher.
• Analyze laboratory and plant samples using various techniques.
• Prepare summary reports and document laboratory results.
• Participate in laboratory safety programs and inspections.

Skills

Good verbal and written communications skills

Proficiency with standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical tools
