Job summary

A multi-faceted quality assurance company is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance with quality management programs and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have over three years of QHSE management experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Key responsibilities include supervising quality testing, mentoring team members, and improving laboratory practices. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Must be able to work in various environments, including laboratories and marine vessels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QHSE management experience required.
• Practical understanding of company quality systems essential.
• Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Quality Management programs and regulatory standards.
• Assist in training and developing team members for continuous quality improvement.
• Monitor laboratory environment for adherence to safety procedures.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of DOT, OSHA requirements for Quality health and safety

Analytic thinking and troubleshooting skills

Strong leadership skills

Familiarity with basic computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
