Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Laboratory Operations professional for a 3rd shift in Memphis, TN. You will ensure specimens are properly processed, prepared, routed, and stored, while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus experience in specimen handling and lab equipment operation. You will work with PPE, maintain strict confidentiality of PHI, and support the team to provide quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, computers, and alarms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure specimens are properly processed, prepared, routed, and stored.
• Identify when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a lab with biological hazards and PPE requirements.
