Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a regulated lab environment.
• Experience with inventory control, purchasing, and ERP/LIMS systems preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, label, and route client samples in compliance with SOPs and chain-of-custody requirements.
• Maintain records in the lab tracking system and ensure timely release of samples to departments.
• Communicate with clients and internal staff regarding sample status and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized sample submission area and proper disposal of samples per protocols.
• Perform administrative tasks including mail, filing, and reporting support.
• Manage procurement of goods and services following company policy and budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify material needs and ensure timely purchasing and delivery.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms for cost-effective sourcing.
• Support vendor qualification and supplier management per quality and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain data in ERP/LIMS for suppliers, products, and materials; generate POs and monitor orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory control including receiving, labeling, storing, and issuing materials.
